Hoechst Pakistan proudly participated in WIBCON ’25 – A Mega Learning Festival hosted by PSTD - which brought together women from various sectors to celebrate leadership, business, and bold change-making.

Our HR Head, Maha Khan was honored to join as a panelist in the segment titled “Dream Support Circle,” where women leaders went beyond policy discussions to share personal stories of inclusion, support, and real workplace culture that shaped their leadership journeys.
The audience was inspired by the powerful narratives of women who overcame challenges and carved out their paths to success.
