HPL conducted a session on "Progress over Perfection," a powerful reminder we all need! Our monthly women empowerment series continues to inspire and empower the women in our company. Today, we had the privilege of hosting Mehreen Ovais ICF-certified Executive & Leadership Coach, who led an impactful session on “Progress Over Perfection.” She reminded us that perfectionism is not the same as excellence, that even a 1% improvement each day creates a lasting impact through the Kaizen mindset, and that self-awareness, supported by tools like E-DISC theory, can accelerate growth.

Her message was clear, progress fuels success, while perfection often holds us back. A heartfelt thank you to Mehreen for sharing her wisdom and energy with our team. Together, we are building a culture where women lead with courage, clarity, and confidence.
