WHO ARE YOU?
Separate your occupation from your identity to discover who you truly are! This was the premise of Nida Nasir's talk at the SHE MEANS BUSINESS session, held last week at HPL.

Nida encouraged participants to view themselves through the lens of love — a perspective that helps silence inner doubts and release guilt. Sharing a metaphor her father used to remind her of her worth, she said:
"A lion is still a lion even when it’s asleep. Its power and identity remain intact, whether or not it’s roaring or chasing."

She urged the audience to remember that during life’s rough patches, there are always infinite possibilities around us. With self-love and faith, one can rebound with greater strength and purpose.

Nida also introduced the Johari Window model, exploring the four dimensions of self-awareness: Open Self, Blind Self, Hidden Self, and Unknown Self. The session concluded with guided meditation exercises, leaving participants feeling reflective, centered, and empowered.
