THRIVE | Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today 🚀

Our Training Department recently conducted THRIVE- a comprehensive training program, engaging 56 Field Executives (Sales Representatives) in Lahore.

These individuals were selected based on their outstanding 2024 performance, including both sales results and knowledge assessments.

THRIVE is designed to help participants move beyond routine selling by cultivating the skills, mindset, and passion needed to lead change, create long-term value, and grow into high-impact future leaders.

The program featured a dynamic lineup of topics: Leadership & Management Concepts, Decision Making, Personal Effectiveness, Career Planning & Advancement, Initiative & Drive, Emotional Intelligence & Stress Management.
