Training our Future Leaders on Emotional Intelligence

Empowering Future Leaders through Emotional Intelligence:

At Hoechst Pakistan Limited, we believe in nurturing the potential of young minds and preparing them to become future leaders. As part of this vision, an engaging and insightful session on Emotional Intelligence (EI) was conducted for our interns, facilitated by Margaret Lobo Fialho.

The session emphasized the importance of building a strong emotional intellect, aligning life goals and understanding one’s “why” and “how” to make meaningful progress. The trainer skillfully connected the core components of Emotional Intelligence with practical goal-setting strategies, encouraging interns to reflect on personal growth and leadership development.

Interactive group activities allowed participants to explore their responses to challenging situations with a positive outlook - turning adversity into learning opportunities. These reflective exercises fostered collaboration, empathy and self-awareness among the interns.
