Training session on “The 7C’s of Communication in the Corporate World"

As part of our ongoing commitment to employee learning and development, we recently conducted a dynamic training session on “The 7C’s of Communication in the Corporate World,” led by Margaret Lobo Fialho.

The session focused on the 7C’s framework - a practical approach to enhancing clarity, effectiveness and impact in both internal and external communication.

Through interactive exercises, participants explored key aspects of communication:

• Partner activities to practice mirroring and matching, strengthening non-verbal communication and rapport

• An Active listening session to reflect on how we listen, interpret and respond

• A “VAK” (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) exercise to better understand how individuals process and retain information

To further reinforce these concepts, a high-energy “Minute to Win It” team challenge encouraged participants to communicate with clarity, purpose and precision under time constraints
